Personal Armor: Artists’ Look at Aprons
Suffolk Museum - 118 Bosley Avenue, Suffolk, VA 23434
May 2nd - June 12th, 2009 - 10-5 Tuesday - Saturday, Sunday 1-5

Personal Armor will feature artists from across the country interpreting Aprons and will include Judith Conway, award wining internationally exhibited warm glass artist of Vitrum Glass Studio and Gallery in Maryland. Ms. Conway will create new work for the exhibit . We will also feature Nancy Donnellly, an emerging glass artist and a member of the Washington Glass School. She most recently exhibited her pate de verre sculptural work from her dress series at “Artomatic” and will continue this series and present 3 new sculptures from this exhibit.
